Founder
Quashan Lockett is the Founder & Principal of Color of Sports and a seasoned executive, strategic operator, and advisor with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling mission-driven, growth-oriented organizations. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations across sports, media, entertainment, and consumer businesses navigate rapid growth, restructuring, M&A integration, international expansion, and large-scale transformation. Combining expertise in organizational psychology with extensive operating experience, Quashan partners with founders and executive teams to align strategy, people, culture, and operations—building the capabilities and operating systems needed to scale with purpose, strengthen performance, and create lasting value. In 2020, he was recognized by the Leaders Sports Awards as one of the Top Leaders in Sport Under 40.
